Wedding Flowers –
Booking Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in having me create your wedding flowers.
To secure your date, please review the following terms:
​Booking the Date
Once we confirm my availability for your wedding day and you decide to proceed with my services, I will send you a contract to your email address. After reviewing it and agreeing with the terms, a non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to secure the booking. This deposit reserves your wedding date in my calendar and covers the time spent on initial consultations, design planning, and preparation.
Design & Quote
After receiving the deposit, we’ll discuss all the design details - colours, flowers, and decorations - so I can prepare a transparent and detailed quote for your wedding floral decor.
​Final Payment
After receiving the quote and setting the total cost, the remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before the wedding day.
​Changes and Cancellations
The £150 deposit is non-refundable as it secures your date and covers preliminary work.
After the final payment is made (two weeks before the event), no further changes can be accepted.
Acceptance
​Payment of the deposit confirms your understanding and agreement to these terms.
